Founded in Dubai, AYS Max has spent years perfecting the craft of stone and marble care for homes, hotels, and commercial spaces across the UAE. Every floor we touch gets our full attention — nothing rushed, nothing guessed.
How we started
Built on patience, precision, and years on the ground.
AYS Max was established in Dubai by a small team of specialists who believed that stone care deserved the same rigour as stonework itself. We started with a single belief: the right technique, applied patiently, changes a floor.
Over the years we have restored marble in luxury villas, polished concrete in commercial towers, and returned hotel lobbies to their original lustre. Our reputation has been built one floor at a time — by showing up, doing the work properly, and standing behind the results.
