Deep Cleaning, done the right way.
Deep cleaning is machine-driven — a rotary or orbital scrubber with the correct chemistry lifts years of ground-in grime, detergent film, grease and biological growth that mopping only spreads around. It also cleans the grout lines, which is where most of the visible dirt on a tiled floor actually lives.
Vitrified tile is very hard and nearly non-porous, so the tile face rarely stains — but the cement grout between tiles is porous and does. Most "dull vitrified floor" problems are actually a film of dried detergent, hard water and grime that ordinary mopping just spreads around.
The process
How vitrified tile deep cleaning works.
Step 01
Assess & pre-treat
We identify the surface and soiling, then pre-spray the right alkaline degreaser or biocide and let it dwell.
Step 02
Machine scrub
A weighted rotary machine with the correct pad or brush works the surface and grout lines; a grout brush gets the joints.
Step 03
Extract & rinse
The dirty solution is vacuumed up, not left to dry back into the floor, and the surface is neutral-rinsed.
Step 04
Protect
Grout is optionally sealed; sandstone gets a breathable impregnator; the surface is left dry and streak-free.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions, answered.
Why does my floor look dull even though I mop it often?
Usually it is a film of dried detergent plus hard water and fine grime. Mopping adds more of it. A machine scrub with an alkaline stripper removes the film and the shine returns.
My vitrified tile has overall haze / dullness from detergent and hard-water film — can deep cleaning fix that?
Yes — that is exactly what deep cleaning addresses on vitrified tile. We confirm the cause on the free site visit and quote the fix in writing. Book a deep clean for an overall haze that will not mop away, dark grimy grout, greasy kitchen and dining floors, biological growth on outdoor stone, or before sealing any floor.
How do I keep my vitrified tile looking good afterwards?
The essentials: mop with a light dilution of pH-neutral cleaner — over-dosing detergent is what causes the haze; use a doormat; most scratches come from tracked-in grit. We leave you a written care plan for the specific finish.
