Remove & clean
Failed grout is cut out to depth without damaging tile or stone edges; joints are cleaned and dried.
Step 03
Grout / recolour
New grout (cement or epoxy) is packed and tooled to a consistent line, or a colour seal is applied to sound grout — then cleaned off the surface before it hazes.
Step 04
Seal & caulk
Grout is sealed; movement and corner joints are finished in flexible caulk so cracking does not come back.
