Hotel & Hospitality Floor Care
Discreet, guest-facing floor care for hotels, banquets and restaurants — lobbies, ballrooms, F&B and back-of-house.
Talk to Us ↗Hotel & Hospitality
Floor care that fits how you operate.
A hotel floor is on show 24 hours a day and it is never empty. The lobby marble, the banquet pre-function area, the restaurant and bar floors, the spa — all of them need to look immaculate, and none of them can be closed off with barriers and machinery while guests are walking past.
FloorCarePro works to hospitality standards: night shifts timed around banquet schedules and check-in peaks, quiet and low-odour where possible, uniformed and briefed crews, and a finish that holds up to stiletto heels, trolley wheels, spilled wine and constant cleaning. Back-of-house kitchens and corridors get the anti-skid and epoxy work at the same time.
What you're dealing with
The problems we hear.
Lobby and pre-function marble must look perfect but can never be closed
Banquet and F&B floors etched by wine, fruit and acidic cleaning
Guest-facing work has to be invisible — no barriers, noise or smell during service
Kitchen and service-corridor floors are a slip hazard and fail audits
Multiple floor types across the property, ideally one vendor
How we work
Our approach for hotel & hospitality.
Scheduled around operations
Night work planned against the banquet calendar and arrival peaks, area by area, so no guest space is ever under machinery in daylight.
Discreet execution
Uniformed, briefed crews; low-odour products; contained, quiet working; everything cleared before breakfast service.
Durable guest-area finish
A finish and sealer chosen for heels, trolleys, wine and aggressive housekeeping chemicals — not just for the photo.
Back-of-house in the same visit
Kitchen and corridor anti-skid, epoxy repair and regrouting handled together, with slip documentation for audits.
Scheduling & access
Around your hours, not ours.
We build the schedule against the property's event and occupancy calendar and work overnight in guest areas, with a FloorCarePro coordinator liaising with the duty manager and housekeeping each night. Back-of-house can run on a wider window. Group and multi-property contracts run on one rate card.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions, answered.
How do you keep floor work invisible to guests?
Night shifts in guest areas, planned against your event calendar, working one contained zone at a time with low-odour products and everything cleared before morning service. Guests see a clean floor, not a work site.
Our banquet marble is covered in etch marks from spills — is that fixable?
Yes. Etching is acid damage to the polish; it is removed by re-honing and polishing the affected areas or the whole floor, then sealing so it resists the next spill.
Can you also sort the kitchen slip-test failures?
Yes — kitchen and service-corridor anti-skid treatment and epoxy repair are done in the same mobilisation, with documented slip-resistance readings for your audits.
