1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AYS Max website (floorcarepro.in) or engaging AYS Max for any marble floor polishing, cleaning, or restoration services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

AYS Max provides professional marble floor services including but not limited to:

• Marble floor polishing and crystallization
• Diamond polishing and mirror polishing
• Marble floor grinding and honing
• Marble floor cleaning and stain removal
• Wall marble polishing
• Marble sealing and protective coating

Services are provided across Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Uttar Pradesh. Availability of specific services in specific locations may vary.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by AYS Max are based on information provided at the time of enquiry. Final pricing is confirmed following a site assessment. AYS Max reserves the right to revise quotes if site conditions differ materially from those described. All prices are inclusive of labour and materials unless otherwise stated. GST is applicable as per current government regulations.

4. Service Warranty

AYS Max provides a service warranty on marble polishing and crystallization work. The warranty period and specific terms are confirmed in writing at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning, chemical spills, or physical damage occurring after service completion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To enable AYS Max to perform services effectively, customers are required to:

• Provide accurate information about the floor surface and any known issues
• Ensure the work area is clear of furniture and obstacles before the team arrives
• Ensure access to water and electricity at the property
• Follow aftercare instructions provided by our team to maintain the finished result

6. Limitation of Liability

AYS Max's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Pre-existing damage to marble or surrounding areas that is not caused by AYS Max is not covered under any warranty or liability.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. AYS Max reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate notice to the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the AYS Max website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of AYS Max and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
